My path to this work was shaped by reinvention, movement, and a professional background in global foresight. I've lived in New York City, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, and San Jose — rebuilding identity, community, and direction more than once. I understand the between-chapters space because I've navigated it myself: through layoffs, career pivots, and the deliberate decision to return to school for a second degree when the path required it.

For twenty years, I led strategic creative direction and trend forecasting for global companies — including a decade at Giorgio Armani. My edge has always been pattern recognition: identifying what is emerging before it becomes obvious and translating those insights into clear, actionable direction.

I applied that same foresight to my own entrepreneurial work when I founded IN MOTU, a men's professional activewear brand built on sustainable materials and performance design — years before either became mainstream. I don't just talk about vision. I know how to build it from the ground up when there is no existing roadmap.

Lived Discipline

Physical and mental discipline have been constants in my life — not as an ideology, but as a practice. Retraining my body after injuries, maintaining standards when motivation fades, and building systems that sustain performance over time taught me something directly applicable to every client I work with: momentum is built through structure and intention, not willpower.
